Abstract

This project is a representation of my own spiritual journey to find creative inspiration. It explores the connections between creativity and the 6 levels of consciousness. Expanding on the philosophy of freeing the mind and connecting with the soul based on the idea that your thoughts create your own reality, this project is meant to help others learn more about themselves. This paper along with a series of artworks describes the levels of consciousness experienced through meditation and how on each level, by freeing the mind, one can experience transcendence, a deeper creative spirit and self-awareness. This project also contains a meditation journal to guide others on their own creative journey.
