Abstract
Moving Vision Toward Reality
This project focuses on what might be needed to move the vision of a future state from imagination to reality, within the context of Creative Problem Solving (CPS). The approach is both theoretical, through literature review, and practical, through the exercise of exploring acceptance for an actual vision. The vision is that of a sequence of elective high school courses in creative studies, designed as a turnkey system of creative studies that would be available to schools anywhere in the United States. A product of the exploration is a set of strategies helpful to creative practitioners, social entrepreneurs in particular, who are driven by a strong preference for gap sensing and vision forming.
