Aims & Scope

The Journal of Inquiry and Action in Education is an open-access, peer reviewed, electronic, academic journal focused on the intersection of P-12 public education and university-based teacher preparation. The editorial team responsible for JIAE is interested in publishing action-oriented studies that describe circumstances within a specific educational context. We are particularly interested in the areas of: Applied Theory/P-12 Educational Research, Collaborative Partnerships and Programs, Promising Practices, and Educational Policy.
