To Whom It May Concern letter from the Polish Consul in Chicago, Alexander Moc, certifying the date of birth of Stanisław Maciej Wiśniewski [brother of Zofia Wiśniewska (later: Zofia Krzyżanowska; Zofia Drzewieniecki)] and stating that since Poland is occupied the original birth certificate cannot be provided. Issued to be provided to the American Consulate in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. June 18, 1940.
