Abstract
Third medical nutrition therapy (MNT) supervised field course. Organized into three rotations in a variety of health care settings. Independence in implementing the nutrition care process. Application of evidenced–based guidelines, interprofessional communication, nutrition counseling strategies, and beginning skills in parenteral/enteral nutrition. Clinical dress code required.
