Abstract
The fourth in a series of supervised experiential practice nutrition care courses. Emphasis on providing nutritional care through integrating patient information with theoretical knowledge. Requires demonstrating competency in providing nutritional care plans and nutrition education. Clinical experiences include parenteral and enteral nutrition. Clinical dress code required.
