Curriculum and Instruction of Content Areas in Bilingual General and Special Education
Abstract
This course covers current and emerging philosophies and methods of teaching core subjects (i.e., math, science, social studies) to English language learners/Multilingual learners (ELLs/MLLs) with and without disabilities. Includes review of curriculum materials, strategies for teaching in the content areas using both English and the native/home language.
