Abstract
A panoramic overview of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration FDA Food Code which applies to biological, chemical, physical and other hazards that lead to foodborne illness. Students will sit for the national ServSafe® Manager certification exam supported through the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
