Abstract

This project focuses on the delivery of a proprietary three month creativity training course designed for Pernod Ricard Winemakers‘ (PRW) 20 top talent. The first year is a pilot with the view that, if successful, the course will be run annually. It was called Th!nk: The Creative Leadership Lab (the Lab) and was a programme to unlock and stimulate the creative potential of PRW with a three-month pilot course targeting leaders. The aim of the Lab was to integrate creativity at every level of business as a key tool in the company‘s goal of Leading Wine Innovation. The programme acknowledges that creativity is the catalyst for innovation.

Twenty senior leaders took part in the three-month course which identified the creative preferences of each individual, and delivered insights into how they could build creative teams. The Lab was a holistic approach involving both personal and business challenges and was designed to transform people from ad-hoc users of creativity into creative leaders.
