Abstract
This project engaged my passion and led my vision: teach creativity in China. It synthesizes what I have learned about Creativity and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) at the International Center for Studies SUNY - Buffalo State. This project shows how I transformed the language, skills and training courses to be suitable for the Chinese Business world. I introduce Creativity and Creative Problem Solving as the scientific and systematic knowledge about creativity, based on the years of scholars’ research. The effectiveness of the CPS training is proven and explored in three categories in the project. I also introduce the Thinking Skill Model in the Creative Problem Solving process which thinking skills and tools used in Creative Problem Solving Process are introduced. A curriculum with six training courses I designed and plan to teach in the Chinese Business World are introduced in the project. Teaching techniques I experienced in the Western Education system are combined in the courses, these techniques enriched my learning experience and accelerated my learning effectiveness. At the completion of this project, I am ready to teach Creativity in Chinese Business World.
