Abstract
ABSTRACT OF PROJECT
Design and development of a Business proposal for the Establishment of a Creativity and Innovation Center in Peru
This project is about transforming a passion for creativity into the design and development of a business proposal to establish a creativity and innovation consulting firm in Peru. A brief background is given about the political context and the business opportunities in order to better understand the potentials of developing a business based on the learning’s in the Master of Science in Creativity at the International Center for Studies in Creativity. The proposal includes an executive summary, description of services offered and the aspects of a potential marketing strategy based on the marketing mix theory. Apart from this proposal, other relevant information have been added such as an introductory presentation to creativity using PowerPoint; graphics of the business models innovation developed; brief study of the Peruvian market context; brief study of the competitors and data obtained by interviews to customers and similar consulting firms in Latin America.
