During this annual spring gala, the Buffalo State's Hospitality and Tourism Department honors local industry professionals. These community leaders uphold the highest level of service standards and provide strong examples for our hospitality student managers. On this special night, hospitality students, supported by department faculty, display their knowledge and talents with international cuisine and attractive wine pairings.
