Description
Madeline Turner earned her B.S. in Nursing Education from the University of Buffalo, and her M.A. from Columbia University. Before coming to the State University College at Buffalo, she was a Nurse Director of Student Health at the University at Buffalo. She served as an Army Nurse in Europe during WWII and in the army reserves. Ms. Turner joined the faculty of the State University College at Buffalo in 1953. She was coordinator of the Student Health Center. She retired in 1977. Madeline Turner passed away on October 21, 1993.
