British teacher, Miss Molly Carter, with officers to whom she was teaching English: Antoni Loos; Vaclav Carensky; 2nd Lieutenant Józef Maciąg, 1st Lieutenant Włodzimierz (Walter) Drzewieniecki. El-Tarh (near Alexandria), Egypt, 1941-1942. (Maciąg was killed during a British Army special forces’ operation to Yugoslavia in 1943.)
