Jan Drzewieniecki (born: Jan Birnbaum), brother of Włodzimierz (Walter) Drzewieniecki with wife, Hania, and mother, Zuzanna. Warsaw, Poland, August 11, 1941. Signed to Wlodzimierz Drzewieniecki: „Kochanemu Włodzimierzu na pamiątkę, brat Janek.” Jan Drzewieniecki, a professional military officer, reached the rank of Lieutenant and died in the Warsaw Uprising in 1944.
