These Building-Structure Inventory Forms were created c. 1983-1984 as part of the application to certify the Parkside East Historic District as an additional component of the Olmsted Parks and Parkways Thematic Resources, listed on the National Register on March 30, 1982. The original submission document was provided from the NYS Cultural Resource Information System (CRIS).
