Description

Data produced or collected by companies is arguably one of the most valuable strategic business assets. The “Four V’s” that characterize a “big data” environment (Volume, Variety, Velocity, and Veracity), combined with securing the data, is an overwhelming management challenge for businesses both small and large.

Our keynote address will discuss the challenges facing organizations from a data governance perspective. The impact of regulatory efforts on data governance and security strategies will also be addressed, including tips and best practices for organizations eager to develop and implement information governance and security policies and procedures.
