Technical Aspects of Preventive Conservation (Lab)
Abstract
Prerequisites: CNS615; co-requisite with CNS 616 Laboratory course explores the practical and scientific principles behind preventive conservation. Hands-on experiences in materials testing, environmental monitoring, accelerated light aging, pest management and identification, agents of biodeterioration, and emergency management. Offered annually in the spring.
