Abstract
Capstone experience to synthesize prior course work and transition into professional leadership opportunities. Development of leadership in applied contexts through interactions with successful leaders. Self-directed activities to hone leadership skills. Articulation of a vision as a future leader in respective profession and communities. Offered annually each spring semester.
