Abstract
Interdisciplinary introduction to lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender, queer, asexual, intersex, 2-spirited, + studies. Develop an understanding of social, cultural, and historical constructions of and intersections between these identities and communities. Explore these concepts through film, television, literature, history, ethnography, archival materials, law, medicine, education, religion, psychology and sociology.
