Introduction to Textiles
Abstract
Basic introduction to the production, use, and selection of textiles and textile products. The course covers fibers, yarns, fabric production, dyeing, printing, finishing, performance characteristics, care, and textile-specific legislation. This course also addresses sustainability and environmental-related issues related to textiles and textile production.
