Abstract
Imparts knowledge of, interest in and an appreciation for the civil litigation process in the federal and state court systems of the United States and provides students with a guided tour of the litigation process including but not limited to: pre-complaint actions, subject and personal jurisdiction, complaints and answers, pre-trial motions, discovery, dispositive motions, trail preparation and organization, jury selection and appeal decisions.
