Abstract
Second of a three course sequence examining the interrelationships of pathophysiology, biochemistry, genetics and nutrition as related to medical nutritional therapy. Emphasis on role of nutrition in preventing and treating disease/disorders: diabetes mellitus, hypoglycemia, renal, dysphagia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cystic fibrosis.
