Identification of firm valuation through mergers and acquisitions; drivers of successful and unsuccessful corporate restructurings; design and evaluation of structured transactions. Strategic planning, investment decisions, and other factors underlying mergers - deal tactics, law, accounting and taxation. Capital market reactions to control transactions; defensive measures against takeover bids.
