Abstract
This master’s project is the creation of a podcast using elements and tools of creativity in not only the overall creation, but the foundation of individual episodes. Torrance Incubation Model, 20 Creativity tools of Cyndi Burnett, and other creativity tools will be used to enhance the efficacy of the podcasts.
The podcast will be aimed at young adults 20 – 30 years of age. Using humor, the podcast will feature regulars and guest speakers specializing in various topics that will enhance the life skills of those listening.
A website will provide information on upcoming episodes, guest speakers, archives, and resources to further learning. The Resources will include blog posts, links to websites, videos, and other podcasts, and additional materials to download.
