Description

Beaujolais Nouveau is France's most popular wine sold in the same year that it is harvested.

Beaujolais, a red wine made from the Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region, is fermented for just a few weeks. Then, on the third Thursday of November, known to wine enthusiasts around the world as "Beaujolais Day," the vintage is officially released from producers, who race to get the first bottles to market.

At Campus House, we join in the celebration. Each year, our chef creates an outstanding six-course menu with a contemporary take on classic haute cuisine, while our certified wine specialist pairs elegant, high-end Beaujolais nouveau wines to complement each course.
